Does it work without internet?
Yes. RestoBay has a full offline mode — POS, KOT, and billing continue working without internet. Data syncs automatically the moment connectivity is restored.
What hardware do I need?
Any Android tablet or Windows PC for the POS. A Bluetooth or USB thermal printer for KOT and bills. QR code stickers for tables — we design and courier these to you.
Can I upgrade or switch plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Free → Per-Order → Yearly at any time. No data loss, no downtime. Yearly fees are pro-rated so you only pay the difference.
Is the billing GST-compliant?
